The 20-year-old Ottawa man arrested in connection with the domestic terror plot, but never charged, is free on bail on unrelated domestic assault allegations....It doesn’t appear at this point that the RCMP plans on adding to the charges or filing new ones relating to the terrorist activity that 3 others were charged with last week...Right now the others remain in custody on terrorism charges...One was scheduled to make a court appearance in Ottawa via video ...
