Stanley Park becomes a magical ocean of light, with enchanting candlelight lanterns, celebrating local visual, musical, theatrical and dance artists. The Lumière Festival is a chance to celebrate the magic and beauty of light! Be creative! Make your own imaginative lantern from tissue paper and bamboo.
